Coco Hotel

Copenhagen´s new boutique hotel Coco Hotel located at Vesterbrogade has opened. Owned by the Danish restaurant chain Cofoco, the building has undergone extensive renovation in collaboration with Ja-Ja Architects, Tonen Agency, Spring/Summer, Københavns Møbelsnedkeri og Gebruder Thonet Vienna, and has transformed into a contemporary boutique hotel with 90 bright and accommodating rooms. Some rooms offer views of the private green back yard, others have views overlooking the iconic Vesterbrogade.

In all the rooms you will find a copy of Oak Journal among carefully curated items, individual features and hand picked art.
”As with our restaurants, we wanted to create a personal hotel that is genuine and fun, in other words, everything that a chain hotel is not. We have also decorated our rooms with individual features, to give them personalities and a more genuine appearance. We believe the personal touch is key to providing a unique and memorable experience for our guests. ” says Cofoco CEO Christian Lytje.

Inside the hotel you will find The Café Coco, it´s open for everyone all day and is serving breakfast, coffee, a light lunch, snacks and wine – primarily organic and sustainably sourced products.  The hotel and café is covered by sustainable energy from Cofoco’s own solar park in Nees in the north-western part of Jutland.
