At any given time there can only be one best restaurant in the world, and as such, there can only be one design brand responsible for outfitting it and creating the interior concept. For Noma in Copenhagen, that interior design brand was Space Copenhagen, the studio started in 2005 by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou. One of their areas of specialty is in creating exemplary spaces for restaurants, retail companies, hotels, and private residences, and among their notable projects are spaces done for restaurants Geist, Geranium and the world-renowned Louisiana Museum of Modern Art.
