SALES & BRAND PARTNERSHIP POSITION

Oak is looking for a sales & brand partnerships profile to join our team. Oak is an annual publication with an international reach that celebrates creative conversations around the Nordic way of life.

We are looking for an experienced and engaged profile with a creative mindset and a passion for building dynamic relationships. The chosen candidate will have a nuanced understanding of Oak´s message, know which partners compliment our brand and how to pitch new and exciting collaborations. This candidate will be committed to generating ideas and innovative strategies that will attract the right partners and build a vibrant Oak community.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role involves pushing Oak’s print and digital content to increase sales and establish new partnerships. You will be responsible for brand campaigns that utilise all of Oak’s channels and formats as well as an aid in the creation of bespoke content packages. Furthermore you will build new connections with key industry players and work closely with our editorial and production team to guide Oak in new directions.

REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent English skills / Native English preferred
· Minimum 2+ years proven work experience in ad sales / print
· Experience with managing the entire sales process
· Strong sense of the international print market, key stakeholders, partners, ad agencies etc
· Location International (primarily over email and Skype, with occasional meetings at the Copenhagen head office)
· Reporting to the co-founders and the editorial team
· This is a freelance position, pay will be dependent on experience and level of involvement
